Les founded Kashas Construction in 1985 in Vancouver, WA. He brings a tremendous work ethic and problem solving ability to each project that he builds. He takes great pride in delivering a quality job- on time. His honest approach helps to put clients at ease. They know they are working with someone who is dedicated to doing things right and is looking out for them.

Les is married to his wife of 34 years, Susan, and has two grown children.
