Brian joined Kashas Construction, Inc. in February, 1993. He learned the craft of building in the trenches by taking a hands-on approach. He truly enjoys the challenges of building and is dedicated to improvement and innovation within the company and the industry. He is currently serving on the Building Industry Association of Clark County Board of Directors and is past Chairman of the BIACC Remodelors Council.

Brian is married to his wife of 12 years, Kelly, and is the proud father of 4 boys.
